Gianluca’s practice focuses mainly on sports law, advising professional and amateur sports clubs, athletes and sports agents at national and international levels on issues relating to sports agreements and legislation. Specifically, Gianluca advises on the transfer of athletes, sports brokering, sponsorship, audio-visual rights, sports work and image rights. Gianluca also focuses on banking, financial, commercial and corporate law.

A Member of the Milan Bar Association, he joined LegisLAB in April 2019.

After graduating summa cum laude in law from the University of Milan in October 2016, he worked as a trainee in the Corporate Projects team of Ashurst  international law firm and, subsequently, in the Banking and Financial Law team of NCTM Studio Legale.

In 2017, he attended the “Lucio Colantuoni” Postgraduate Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice at the University of Milan, and in 2020, he lectured there. He is the author of several articles on “Le Regole del Gioco“, an in-depth sports law blog managed by the Sports Law team of Studio Legale LegisLAB and published on the website of La Gazzetta dello Sport.
