We assist insolvent companies, potential investors or purchasers, directors, shareholders and restructuring and insolvency practitioners in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law in general and in the management of corporate crises. In particular, we assist the debtor in the identification and management of the most effective solutions to the crisis, access to bankruptcy proceedings and their management, with particular reference to the preparation of composition, pre-bankruptcy or bankruptcy plans, through a multidisciplinary working group in order to provide the client with comprehensive assistance.
