Natalia Tardera practices in the fields of civil and commercial law, providing judicial and out-of-court legal assistance to individuals and legal entities.
She has gained professional experience at leading law firms, where she has been involved in civil and commercial litigation, legal advisory services, and assistance with legal matters arising in the course of business operations. Her experience also includes the review and negotiation of commercial contracts, including on behalf of multinational companies.
She has also been involved in corporate secretarial activities and provided support in due diligence processes relating to extraordinary corporate transactions.
She completed a Master’s programme in Corporate Law at 24ORE Business School.
She has also contributed to the drafting of legal publications and in-depth articles on legal matters.
She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2024.
