Ludovica Diaco practises primarily in the areas of civil, commercial and banking law, assisting clients in both court and out-of-court proceedings, with a particular focus on litigation management, legal advice and the negotiation of settlement agreements.
She supports clients in devising defence strategies and managing disputes, overseeing the various stages of proceedings and, where appropriate, promoting alternative dispute resolution through mediation, assisted negotiation and the conclusion of settlement agreements.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association and has been authorised to practise law since 2021. She undertook a period of professional training at the Supreme Court of Cassation and contributed to a commentary on the Consolidated Banking Act published by Il Sole 24 Ore.
