Paolo advises professional and amateur sports clubs, as well as athletes, sports agents and coaches on national and international transfers, national and international disciplinary proceedings and ticketing. He advises on the drafting of sponsorship agreements and agreements for the transfer of image rights, on the drafting of sports brokerage agreements and on national and international regulatory matters.
A member of the Milan Bar Association, he joined LegisLAB in 2016. In 2019, he was nominated at the AIAS Awards as one of the finalists in the Young Lawyer of the Year category.
Paolo is a professor at the Postgraduate Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice and a contributor to the Course in Sports Law and Sports Agreements at the University of Milan. He is a member of the Centre for the Study of Sports Law of Milan and attended the Postgraduate Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice at the University of Milan. In 2017, he was one of the co-founders of the “CSDS” Scientific Centre of Sports Law. He is the author of national and international publications on sports law and a speaker, in Italy and abroad, at numerous conferences in this field.
